deposit.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required for any booking over 500 chf .

weekly catering bookings

A deposit of 20% must be paid on recieving confirmation of booking. The amount must be paid in full a minimum of 14 days in advance of the booking.

cancellations

For cancellations made 7 days or less from the date of the booking 50 % of the cost of the booking will be charged to the client. For cancellations made 48hours or less to the date of the booking 100% of the booking fee will be charged to the client.

Payments

Final invoices must be paid within 20 days of issue. Failure to pay within 20 days will result in a reminder requesting payment within the following 10 days, if this is not received a new invoice will be issued with a fee of 30 chf.

the following dates are considered peak times. If you would like to make a booking at any of these times we will inform you of the price before confirmation.
